Our goal at JooJoo Kids is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that do not meet these requirements.

Once we have received your returned items and confirmed that they meet the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
