Shipping policy

At JooJoo Kids, we understand that getting your order quickly is important to you, so we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, and we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

For domestic orders within the United States, we offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days and express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

For international orders, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive, while expedited international shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
